ok well i dont know if this is the right place for this or not so if its in the wrong place im sure it will get moved

my question is simple is an anime music video aloud live action like 75% anime and 25% live action

yes, that ratio is "aloud"

MOST needs to be anime, content-wise. There's no set proportion, but 25-75 sounds reasonable enough.

Yeah, 75% anime and 25% live action is ok. You better measure it carefully though, if you fall below that level, EG 74/26, Phade tracks you down and tasers your testicles.
