Xilisoft is broken.

I downloaded the 5 episodes & credits for IGPX found here:

I downloaded Xilisoft Video Converter found here:

By all means, Xilisoft SHOULD have converted it(.mov) into a PSP filetype(.MP4) by now, but has said WAITING for over an hour now. I'm using the trial version because the full version isn't needed & it only converts the first 5 minutes of any file & I don't have any AMVs over 5 minutes anyway.

Case & point: Why is Xilisoft not even trying to convert these episodes(4.5 mins long each) when it converts everything else perfectly?
