Assuming you are in adobe premiere, there is a setting on the flare that changes it between 3 different types. I believe that is the 2nd type.

yeh, however the problem is, how do i make it zoom towards the person then after that, flash change to a different scene. Here are some pics that i think will help what my problem is (look at pics in order):

pics taken from Visionary by Dark Moon Studios. During the third pic the clip zooms into the person whilst at the same time the flash appears which then changes to the next scene which is shown in pic 4.

ah well, i guess it doesnt really matter, i lowered the opacity in the begining of the clip and it does the same thing in the pic above, but it looks cool and different cause of the other effects i put on the clip and im rather happy with the outcome lol, so yeh..

I don't see any lens flare in the sequence you just showed -_-

From the pictures that looks like radial blur with a fade between the 2 scenes or something.

You have to increase the intensity or brightness (I forget exactly what it's called) of the flare over time. Which, yes, will involve keyframes.

And yeah, there's definitely a radial blur (zoom, not spin) as well in the sample shots you potsed.
