I was just adding on unnecessary information, I didn't mean to come off as serious or truthful.

And I meant rational operator.

Not only is there no such thing as a "rational operator", but > can also be defined on any totally ordered set, not just Q.

the truth is, you cant, if you pulled enough all 10 and 9 ops out on 1 video you may have a chance, but now a days its just too big of a waste of time to worry about top 10. the top 10 is a spot for fan appealing videos, thats basically all it is, it dosnt matter how long, or how much your editing. if you either get enough fans to love the video, or if you whore yourself out on the op exchange, then you may just end up on the top 10%.

but honestly, who cares but you? i've been on the top 10% once, and you know who noticed or cared... nobody but me. so, unless you a big named, high ranked (top 10 people in the top 10%) you dont really ammount to jack squat. nobody will notice but you, and if your on there for a long ass time maby you might get lucky and get 1 or 2 extra downloads on your video, but when they dont like it then your off the top 10, throw away like yesterdays trash...

dont look too much into this whole top 10% thing, it dosnt even really matter anyways. VCA's, AWA, and a few other cons are the only real things that matter around here. go back to the IRC chat.

look, if an AMV getts in the "top 10%" then thumbs up;
Otherwise "it don't matt'r baby!!" (<-from excel saga espd26 midpoint)

I think s/he meant that you shouldn't worry about it if your video isn't in the top 10%, but even better if it is.

The top ten percent charts are WORTHLESS. I can tell you this from experience. I have like two or three vids on there.

No no. not "WORTHLESS"
USELESS.

It shouldn't matter what <b>one</b> or <b>one hundred</b> people think of the AMV. Just as one person liked it, or even downloaded it, it should count as a success on the animator/editors part. Obviously you'd all like to get loads of good reviews but just as its made one person happy, its a good one in my books.
