Another Vegas 6.0 question

I hope I can explain this well

When a video clip and audio plays together the numbers on the upper left hand corner of the follows along with the video and audio. I set this up so the numbers represents the absolute frames. These numbers goes by 4. I want to change it so the numbers will go frame by frame, 1 by 1.

This is preventing me from editing my video frame by frame. It's more like 4 frames by 4 frames. Also the playback of the video and audio is chunky and I don't know how it will really turn out when rendered.

The alt-left-arrow and alt-right-arrow key combinations move by a single frame no matter what the timeline magnification is set at.

Or, use alt-up-arrow to zoom in (or use the mouse wheel). If you magnify far enough, a simple left or right arrow key will move by one frame.
