Wow! I've heard of forums all the time but

i have no clue what it is really about! I asked my friend but she never really tells me without stumbling or saying um...um.... i wish some one could just explain it to me........ Please?

As long as they follow the rules and have actual content and are related to whatever forum you post in. Yes.

So theres tons of different types of forums? and each one deals with different things....so then u just have to know where u put ur forum in the right category?

The convenient titles such as Site Help, General Anime, General Music, AMV Announcements, Reccomended AMVs, etc. tell you what kind of topics to have. And the stickies generally tell you in sightly better detail what will/won't be locked.

OH wait...what does a lock forum mean? I kinda searched but didn't really get it?
Oh and how would you lock something? Can anyone just lock a post?

A locked thread is one you cannot post it. Only moderators and administrators can lock threads.
