Anime Goes Hollywood

I thought this would be interesting to do...i don't no if it will last but i thought id give it a try...

Here just put a character from any anime series and put any movie actor/tress that you think would be perfect to play in a "what if" the anime character could be played by a real human in a movie or sumthin...and explain why you think that actor/tress would be the good part for that character

Im not sure if i explained this correct im not good at explaining things but here his one example

Brad Pitt as Miroku

I pick to play miroku, why heh brad pitt! Seeing as how he's played a wide spectrum of wild and somtimes wacky roles in his career,he just might be able to pull this one off. Plus,with all the rumors circling around about brad pitt and angelina jolie, he's no stranger to getting rejected by his love interests!

Anglinda Jolie as Sango

And speaking of angelina jolie, i think she'd be best to play everbody's favorite babe with a big boomerang, Sango! Anglina jolie is definitly pretty enough for the part and i'm sure even miroku himself would have no problems working with such a lusciouly loveable co-star. Also, given the aforementioned rumors, Anglina just might enjoy rejecting miroku's advances with the ever classic slap in the face. Whap! Sorry, miroku, better luck next time!

God... I hope Daniel Radcliffe doesn't get the part of Shinji in the Live Action EVA movie, but I wouldn't blame 'em if he did...

o wow i totally agree wit u "EmilLang1000" i was actually gonna put him up as naruku myself ahhhh ur good ^-^ the reason i pick johnny depp for naraku as well is well considering johnny boy can play anything from a misunderstood mutant with scissors for hands, too willy wonka himself, i think he'd feel right at home as naraku. Lets hear it for johnny depp! HURRAY!!!!!!! lol i absolutely love johnny depp

Pat Morita as Grandpa

Got all these from a magazine but id pick to be the kooky caretaker of the higurashi shrine...mr. miyagi thats who! ok , so his real name pat morita, but who doesnt think of him as daniel-san's favorites sensie. Anyway, I can just picture the multi-talented morita coming up with all those bizzare ailments to excuse kagome's frequent absences from school!

Considering that the movie is currently on hold (according to Weta Workshop's website), he'll probably be too old to look the part by the time they get to filming.

You're right, they're gonna need to get someone younger looking... like Elijah Wood (I swear, his face hasn't changed since he was 12).

Of course, if you really want to go the whole "efemenette, hairless little boy" route, then I'd suggest either Leonardo DiCaprio or Justin Timberlake.
