It's quality issues. The Naruto Region 0 HK's are pretty much poorly recorded VHS transferred to DVD. The R2's are beyond gorgeous and are even superior to the raws but the price is pretty steep. Back to the subject, you could always use the raws that they pput out the day before teh fansubs come out so you dont have to worry about them.
The site is saiyaman or something like that google it. I have been getting the raws for naruto for like 50 episodes now for when i make another naruto video. I would like to get region 2 but i dont want to pay an arm and a leg for em eather
The rest of the Naruto R2 footage I get is rented from my japanese video rental which had nearly every disc except the 2 I needed.
Are logos looked down on?
