I can't download local videos

I looked through the FAQ, and through this board,m and I just can't find out why I cannot download local videos. Can anyone please help me?

I assume it says you can download them.
I also assume that you are using IE.
These being true, there is a weird display thing that IE messes up horribly.
After you click on the download local thing it should take you to another page...and in IE it looks blank.
all you have to do is scroll down to the bottom where you'll find the pledge drive, click pledge or procede and then it should lead you to another page where the download will start.

If you're using Firefox then I don't know what to do ^_^;
probably tell one of the mods or Derobert
