Three Advent Children AMVs

Post by Ruan » Wed Oct 12, 2005 4:08 pm

Been around a-m-v.org for awhile, but haven't actually been on the forums. About time I dropped in here.
In any case, I have three Advent Children AMVs for your viewing pleasure:

The Final Fantasy - seems the most enjoy this one
Advent Children trailerFinal Fantasy: Reloaded

The Final Fantasy everyone seems to like - uses the final fight with E.S. Posthumus - Pompeii which worked perfectly.

Trailer - meh, it's alright, but I wasn't terribly happy with it, and I was the one that made it in the first place. The high speed makes it too jittery toward the end, but I didn't realize it til I'd already sent it in.

FF:R - there were too many parallels that worked all too well with Advent Children and the Matrix Reloaded trailer... too much to resist. Some of the synch with the sounds are off, but others are right on, and the lip synch seemed to have turned out fine.

Questions/comments/complaints welcome.

The song you used in the trailer is actually called "Requiem for a Tower" by Simone Benyacar, Dan Nielsen, and Veigar Mairgersson. It's based on Lux Aeternia" from Requiem for a Dream by Clint Mansell.
"If you believe in yourself, eat all your school, stay on milk, drink your teeth, don't do sleep, and get your eight hours of drugs, you can get WORK!"

I just put it down as Two Towers Soundtrack - Requiem for a Dream, if I remember correctly.
