Uploading issues

When attempting to upload my latest AMV, I've been having problems with connecting to Kero. It all goes well (once I stop typoing the password) up until this point:

Status: Retrieving directory listing...
Command: PWD
Response: 257 "/" is current directory.
Command: TYPE A
Response: 200 Type set to A
Command: PORT 192,168,0,11,8,201
Error: Disconnected from server
Error: Could not retrieve directory listing
Error: Timeout detected!

It timesout while I'm still waiting for said "directory listing" so I can upload the video; it won't let me attempt an upload until the directory listing is in place, which never happens. Is it the server? is it me?

Command: PORT 192,168,0,11,8,201

Your client is instructing Kero to connect to an address it cannot route to. Try using passive mode.
