Codes? Urls?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the urls for some of the AMV's I belong to Myspace and would like to have a pick of the week Anime Music Video... Which I put on my page... but I need the urls and have no clue how to get them... Can anyone help me?

1. acquire external web hosting:

2. upload your video to the external web host.
3. use the url of the video on the external web host (example: http://www.servername.com/video.asf )
