If you don't mind using something other than eagles, Kiki's Delivery Service has a scene where Kiki gets attacked by a mob of crows.

Yeah, there are several clips that show the birds flying to attack without anyone else in the shot.

Alright then now the last problem, who will be the aunt and the professor? is there ne one in El Hazard I should know of? or should i use the chick from XXX Holic as the aunt?

Personally, I'd go for the cheap joke and toss in the seagulls from "Finding Nemo."

so far that bird scene with kiki's delivery service didn't quite work but i found something else that might be just as good though.
