Suggestions for "quick video comment" area

Hey Scintilla,

As of now, all comments are anonymous to the video creator, though we track them internally. The link on the bottom of the member main page is currently the only link to the comment view. A link can be added to the "Edit my videos" page.

Too bad, now I won't get to now who thinks what of my videos ... but I guess I'm only of the only persons who has got a problem with that.

Seems to be a minor bug. I left a comment on one of my videos as a test and could see it. Shortly afterwards someone left a comment on a different vid of mine as a test. What I see is the vid I left the comment on with a (2) next to it but if I click on it I only see my comment. I can't see the other comment left and the only reason I know it's on a different video entirely is I asked the guy who left it.

Truthfully, I can't see this being incredibly beneficial. Quick comments, by their short nature, would tend to be unhelpful one-liners along the vein of "Oh em gee, that was AWESOME!1!!1!" or "LOL that was the sux.". Sure, it's great to have more feedback, but that itself is reflected in the star ratings to begin with. Maybe having an option for the creator to disable quick comments if they don't wish to receive them would be a feasible solution.

HEY! I just realized I can flame people anonymously! This is cool beyond belief! Is there anyway I can leave comments on all the crap videos I've already left stars on in the past couple years?

I would rather get those sort of comments in this feature than getting them in ops.

Alright, That works for Videos on the 'Local' server, but what about the other ones?
