what does it mean when i go to watch a video, and the download screen doesn't have a link? it just has a leave opinion and author comments. does this mean the video is temporarily down, or taken down and no longer being shown. this happend to a couple of things and would really like to know, thanks

yes, if the video doesn't have a link at the bottom of the video information screen that says Local, Direct, or inDirect it is not available for download.

The video should have one of the 4 things next to it:

Local - The video is available here. It is hosted locally.

Direct - The video is (or was) linked to directly from another website.

Indirect - The video should be available for download from a link or a series of links from the supplied website.

No - The video is not available for download (as far as the creator has told the org)

ya it must have been a no if you can download but if you dont know if it has direct you gota left click an go to save target as an inderct clikc on the link an dl then amv
