I'm sure there have been rap AMVs with a significant amount of lip sync out there, but none that I've seen or heard about.

I saw a couple of others, but they were pretty bad. The creator spent too much time focusing and repeating one scene just to do lip synch. I wont mention any names or post any links to those.
