What genre do you prefer?
I was asking myself.. "What's the genre people like more?", variety is always good, it's something extremely important, but in my opinion this question have some sense. Many of you could simply answer "If they are edited well, I have no preferences", at least this is what I would answer myself, if a video is well done, I usually don't think too much in the genre. But, think yourself in this situation, without thinking in music or anime, if you have a folder with a video (considering it "really well done" in base of your opinion, of what you like.) for every genre, what you would see first?

at conventions and public showings, comedy always gets the biggest reactions and are remembered the most strongly.
sentimental/dramatic and romantic are more geared for private viewing, probably because they require more attention and are more vulnerable to environmental noise. they draw less interest at conventions, but can be very moving in a private setting like viewing on a computer or tv.
as to which kind of video i'd wanna watch first would depend on my mood and my free time. as for favorites - i can watch really good comedies over and over at first, but after a while they get less interesting as the jokes become familiar. on the other hand, sentimental vids rarely have the same initial impact as comedy vids, but really good ones can be watched over and over for a lonnnng time.
