wel was wondering if anyone has seen blackmores night live in my area they announced 3 shows so was wondering what peoples thought of the live show and of the albums as well

i realy would enjoy to seen Blackmores Night live, they are one of my favourite bands, but couldn't imagine that BN would play in austria...

i just have to say one thing:
Under a violett moon a man paints a self portrait, another man come to him, and gave him some fool's gold to get the portrait, after that he gone with the wind back to Avalon. So now he was home again and he has past time with good company, who tried to catch the morning star, and beyond the sunset there are standing his castles and dreams.

new album isnt out till '06 but there is a tv appearence from germany for the new song call my name(i think that is the title) look on some heavy metal websites like braveword or blabbermouth they have the link to it cool song and yes he plays the electric guitar on this one but a cool catchy song.
mmm i do have an old scream costume i can modify to a druid or monk outfit and go dressed up to the show heard they encourage that and if its good front row or some kind of discount depending on the show circumstance.

Ritchie Blackmore is an awesome guitarist, and I respect most everything he's done in and out of his band. And Candice Night has a great voice. But their music, in general, is either hit or miss. I'm glad you bring them up, though, because I haven't listened to any of their stuff since probably 2000.
