Well, my studio recently bough hosting service from www.featureprice.com because it sounded like a good deal and we hadn't heard anything bad about it. Well, now we've heard several people on the sticky thread say how bad they think the service is. My questions are, "Is Feature Price really that bad? What makes them so bad?" and finally, "What can we do now that we've already paid them?"
Any help you could give would be extremely appreciated.
Thanks
I might be getting screwed on hosting, any help?

Two words w.r.t. FeaturePrice: caveat emptor. Don't expect too much, don't believe everything they say. don't push them too hard (keep the bandwidth consumption down), and you should be ok.(NERD Studios) Arturo wrote:Well, my studio recently bough hosting service from www.featureprice.com because it sounded like a good deal and we hadn't heard anything bad about it. I haven't had any trouble from them (except for that server crash last month which they fixed within hours), but then I haven't asked them for anything other than what they gave.
The long term problem is that they don't seem to be adapting to the market. Their Web site hasn't changed much in the past nine months; they're offering the same packages. In this business, that's the way to go out of business. I'll be shopping around later this year for better offers. Which doesn't mean I'll find one.
