So far, nobody's guessed either quote. So, in addition to the new quote, I'll add hints for the first two quotes.

Hint: The main character's voice actor is in Hollywood movies.

Quote #2: "No wonder you're having nightmares, lady! You've been thrown in prison, for heaven's sake!"
Hint: The anime came out before the year 2000.
