How to get the audio off a VOB file?

Yet again I'm being slightly ignorant and have to ask a question I'm sure should be obvious. I've been using DGIndex to make a avs file that I can use for AMVs, but it always leave out the audio. I believe it also made another file along with the d2v and the avs file that contains the audio, but idk how to import it into premier. Any suggestions?
