Banner's Rules changed?

I made a banner and it's been rejected for this reason:
* The logo phrase font / position / size should not be altered.

Wasn't the new rules for banners saying that was possible to actually change the "www.animemusicvideos.org" at our choice if readable? Are the rules changed? °_°

Oh man I just saw (making a HATEFUL triplette of posts) that I wrote animemusicvideo in place of animemusicvideoS, but even for that (that I'll fix) the banner is been rejected for that other reason. So the question remain the same

Not sure but it says banner must be less than 20kb. Your's is 20.4 KB. Maybe that's why though i doubt it.

20 432 bytes = 19.953125 kilobytes

Like Janzki said, it's not because of that, I assured it was not that, and if the banner would have been bigger than 20kb, even the upload would have been impossible.

Hey,

The banner was rejected because the words "AnimeMusicVideos.org" on the logo do not match the font and position of the ofifcial site logo (see the top of this page). The banner rules allow for the removal of the phrase and for the phrase to be placed somewhere else on the banner with any modificaions, but the phrase cannot be changed if it appears to be part of the logo.
