Good chinese restaurant at the Inner Harbour? Nope.

The best chinese restaurant I know of in Baltimore is the Chinatown Cafe, on Park Avenue...it's not really within walking distance of the Harbour, but if you're willing to get into a car, it's only about a 5-minute drive.

is that the one near the Rastazaan or what ever the hell that hotel is called? If so, its not too bad.....
