VCDs or Fansubs

I am not so sure if this is the place to be asking this, but does anyone know of a good place that sells high quality VCDs or Fansubs? I am looking for a VCD to Dragon Ball Z Movie 13.

Anyway, if you can tell me of a website or person I can contact, please let me know.

Actually, you can't bid on that item. It is only up for a buy it mow cost. So $50 is the actual price. It is just up to you if you choose to buy it.
