Right Now, Someone is Changing an AMV

Yesterday, I was at the mall, watching AMVs at the anime show that was going on, and after a while, dokidoki's Right Now Someone's Reading this Title started up. Naturally, I enjoyed it, but as it continued to play, I noticed a few scenes were different.

For instance, the scene with "Right Now Bunny Girls Rule" was replaced with something like "Right Now Someone Has a Small Nosebleed", and "Right Now Sub/Dub Wars are Being Fought" was changed to just "Right Now Wars are Being Fought". Another change I noticed was during the "Right Now American Company X is Doing Something Right, While American Company Y is Screwing Up Yet Another Title" clip, both animes had been replaced, and now featured Gundam Wing in place of Fushigi Yuugi, though I can't remember which anime was placed into the Y box.

Anyway, my question is, is this a different version created by dokidoki that I didn't know about, or was it changed by someone else (most likely the people who were showing the AMVs)?

well if it was bunny girls it wouldn't be 'G' rated. If it was sub/ dub wars it would be contaversial... strangeley I'm listening to your Emily video right now lol.

to answer the question, i do beleive there were two versions doki doki made. what exactly the changes were, i don't know.

I think if it was about the G rating, the El Hazard clip at the beginning would have been dropped before Daicon

If the "Right now people are exploring their sexuality" part wasn't changed, or the scene reffering to better tomatoes, or the "truth is being obscured" or whatever, or the Jepordy scene with all the naked Rei clones, I seriously doubt it had anything to do with making it "G-Rated".

But eh, if there's another version, I certainly haven't seen it.

That would have been a good idea. Actually, it occurred to me to look over the video's production notes a couple hours after I posted, and it mentions most of the changes, so that pretty answered my question.

I should really look harder before asking questions...

The version that you saw was the original version of dokidoki's Right Now video that played at Anime North and Otakon 2001.
