It's just the animation style. I've seen characters in anime that look a lot younger in anime that are aged around 16-21. Besides they don't look that young. You just have a dirtier mind than me.

The first one is Fiona and Leena from Zoids, the fourth is supposed to be from Love Hina, and I haven't the slightest idea who anyone else is.

To be honest, I found a few pages with a huge amount of shoujo-ai, and then I just downloaded all the images in batches with this program I have.. I spent less than a few hours getting the sites too.
