Opinion screwover, 3rd time

......I really don't know what this guy wants from me.

He keeps giving me an opinion, either on his username or another one he makes up, gives me low scores for bs reasons, then says "sorry, I didn't mean to" and give me normal scores.

That's pissing me off! It also makes me look stupid for a having shitty ass DBZ fans rating my video over and over again. This Max17B/MADDY-GOKU/goku_songohan guy has to be some 7 year-old pre-schooler with no LIFE!!

Sorry, I had to let my anger out. Basically, the guy gave me another opinion for my Bleach - Ageku vid with low scores saying "it was a nice video" then saying "blah blah blah, it was worthless, rather die than watch this video, i'm gay" and other crap like that.

Is ther someway you could check out his IP address and make sure he's not able to go on with more than one username? I've been having problems with this guy for about 2 months. I really appreciated all the help you've given me in the past derobert, but he's still killing me!

In general, no. These days, there tends to exist an N:1 relationship between users and IPs whether the user wants that or not.

members can usually log on from different IP addresses pretty easily. especially if they're on dialup.

As long as you don't have a static internet connection, every time you connect you get a new IP from your ISP from it's adress pool. So you aren't identifyable by your IP. The only thing what could be done here is to block the whole adress range of that ISP. It would exclude all of it's customers from the org for the misbehavior of one.

But possibly you are talking about something different. It is possible to allow only one account to be active per IP. But with this you would exclude users of a network which share the same internet connection, for example at an university, internet cafe and so on.
