Does anyone know how to create it? I'm not talking about a full static screen just the two lines you see when you rewind a VHS.
I actually tried recording a video rewinding but once I try to clip off the video but not the effect you can't tell what it is anymore.

I'm sure there is an easier way but did you try taking the recordin of the ff motion and layer it onto your clip you want to use (I'm assumeing it's not fast enough as is, speed it up or slow it down as needed, remember I think 101%+ is SLOWING DOWN, 99%- is SPEEDING UP) then layer it on and fool around with the blue/ green screen effect... I'm sure some degree will take out the entire background ;p I'd FF a blank tape, optimally on a four+ head vcr ;p.
