Hello, I joined a few days back and I just submitted my first video ever. I know it's not the best video out there, but it has gone through a few stages and I feel pretty good about it, but then again I am hardly an objective viewer (the truth is I've seen it so many times as I was making it, it is hard for me to tell just how good or bad it is). Anyway, comments, criticism, and/or suggestions would really be appreaciated.

why would scintilla waste his time on an AMV with such a small filesize? he's gonna know the qualities gonna be bad.

I was just aiming for the divX logo that pops up every clip.
It was a metafore.

I've seen worse quality, and on files three times larger.

The video's competently edited from a viewer's standpoint, but there's not much of a story there and the link between the lyrics and the video is kind of vague sometimes. Suggestions? Plan your vids better in future and try to detach yourself when watching what you've already edited. And get rid of the damned subtitles.

Also, I don't know how many AMVs you watched before joining the org, but find some good ones you like (and some you don't like, because that way you won't be too busy watching them to pay attention

) and try and figure out what makes them tick.
