Mid-West (Chicago) Otakon Pre-screening info

We've finally gotten things together and settled for holding the Mid-West pre-screening for the 2005 Otakon AMV contest. Sorry about the somewhat short notice- better late than never, I hope!

Time: Saturday, July 23rd starting roughly at 10:00 AM and running until we finish all the videos (probably around 6-7 PM). We will stop for breaks and meals.

Location: 2505 Lincolnwood Ct, Aurora, IL 60504 - that's a suburb of Chicago for reference. (Map) I figure most people will be using online mapping anyway, but if you want more traditional directions, let me know and I'll see about getting some for you.

If you plan on attending, please let me know some how (by replying here, PMing me, email, etc.) so I can get a general count of how many people will be attending to ensure we have sufficient supplies (ballots, etc.).

Food & drinks will not be expressly provided, but there are food options nearby for lunch and dinner and coordination for a group order will probably be done once everyone is there. Feel free to bring snacks to share if you like.

I think it'd be hard to *not* make it considering Roberto-kun is your ride.

Wow... um actually I will be in Chicago during this to visit my dad.... hmmm I guess now might be a good time to check with him and see if he has anything specific planned for Saturday where I can make it.
