My take on some Chihuahua goodness - Azumanga Daioh
It does look frighteningly like K-Type's Chihuahua video, and that's because it's an homage. Really. It's based on an obscure little reference ... oh, it's in the description. Without further ado...

Thanks everyone! I'm glad you enjoyed it! But the interlacing thing I don't get - it's not interlaced on my computer, but I hear the same thing on my other videos. Is it that I'm setting the bitrate too high?

Bitrate has nothing to do with it. Maybe your player is performing automatic deinterlacing? Try playing through the file in VirtualDub to see what the complaints are about. Oh and while were talking technicalities: you should have compressed the audio to make the filesize smaller.
Anyway, I liked the video enough to keep it.

Very cute and well done.
I have to say, I'm pretty impressed that even with so many AzuDaioh videos coming out this summer that so many of them are good and memorable.
I have the same problem with the interlacing- and I can play back other files just fine without interlacing (I'm using VLC). It really looks like it just wasn't IVTC'd/deinterlaced.

No real worries. It's to your credit that it's good enough that we all seem to be enjoying it in spite of the interlacing. Azu IVTCs very well from what I remember, so it should be fairly easy.
One other thing I forgot earlier- in your write-up you mentioned Chiyo being referred to as 'Chiyosuke' (it's not just Yukari of course- Tomo almost exclusively calls her this, and even Yomi on occasion) being funny because of it being an older male's name instead of a little girl. I always interpreted it (and still found it quite funny) as a play on the word 'chibisuke', which I understand essentially translates to 'little brat'. I've never read the translated manga (I own but of course, not being able to read Japanese, haven't actually read the original...) to have seen the Chihuahua line, it sounds amusing.

Should be fixed!
Hopefully, keeping my fingers crossed, this video should be fixed. I compared the original to this version in WinDVD - it was the only program I had that would show the interlacing - and the new version came up clean. Please tell me it's OK!
Oh, and now it's 54 MB instead of around 70. Go figure.
