How do I upload to the local server? [SPLIT]

When you select "Upload Video", it will give you a username and password. Enter them into your FTP program and drag the video file you want uploaded into the FTP program and it should begin to upload. I only know of one FTP program and that would be SmartFTP. Maybe someone else can suggest others. :o

When you select "Upload Video", it will give you a username and password. Enter them into your FTP program and drag the video file you want uploaded into the FTP program and it should begin to upload. I only know of one FTP program and that would be SmartFTP. Maybe someone else can suggest others. :o
thanks. i'll try the smartftp but which one do i download?? Smart Client??I'm on the website but i'm unclear about which one to download

thank you. is it ok if i worked through the steps with someone?? after installing of course?Finished...it's installed. do i choose typical setup type??

IF it says send store or retrieve to initiate transfer PWD and i dragged my file and it's transferring my source to the FTP url i got given as the destination...does it mean i'm doing it right???

Sorry, I've never used the program myself. I had others upload for me due to my slow connection and I was never able to upload much more than 10MBs.. You should see password, username, and server all near eachother and from what I can tell, they are always showed near the top. The org gives you each of these so once you've entered the information all you have to do is drag the video file into the FTP and it uploads. I can't make that any simpler. ~_^
