Pro Anime Music Vid Maker
Hey, I guess this is the right section...Well anyway, I am a starter amv maker and I made a few amvs using WIndows Movie Maker, but they sucked...Now, I have Adobe Premier 7.0 and it looks way diffrent than WMM. I have seen many great great amvs out there with lots of effects, like screen switching and vids that have clips that weren't from the actual anime, using photoshop to add on to your amv and all that...Well, I want to learn how to be like that and I have all the programs.
Adobe Premier 7.0
Adobe Photoshop 8.0 CS
Adobe ImageReady CS
and others
I am looking for some dedicated person out there that knows how to work well with amvs using programs like that to teach me the art of pro amv making. Im no noob..I catch on fast, So I will be a quick learner and a dedicated student.
So please, is there anyone outthere, with that kind of skill who will take the time i teach a starter?

<i>"Adobe Premiere 7.0" is a misnomer.</i>
It's called Adobe Premiere Pro (1.0).
Yes, it came after Premiere 6.5. No, that does not make it Premiere 7.
Anyway, I don't think you will find anyone here willing to comprehensively teach you how to use the programs; people generally don't mind giving tips about one or two editing techniques (here's a sticky thread about <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/phpBB/v ... ompositing in After Effects</a>), but not everything.
I suggest you learn as the rest of us did, by reading the manual(s) and (perhaps more importantly) by <i>doing</i>. It's my belief that, with things like this, actually going through the process is the best way to learn.
Premiere Pro's got some very useful capabilities and effects. Once you feel comfortable moving clips around, cutting them up, navigating the timeline, rendering previews, etc., try experimenting with them. You'd be surprised how useful/cool-looking some of the stuff you come across can be.
(Too bad Premiere Pro's manual doesn't have a tutorial in it, like Premiere 5.1's did...)

That's adorable. On the off-chance that it *is* true, I suggest you Google "dumpster diving", because you're going to have to learn that particular art very quickly if you want your manual back.Uzumaki_420 wrote:no really, i just installed the program and get rid of everything else, the box, evyerhting inside it...
