Why do they put "Digital Effects" and "Lip Sy

It's so annoying, because whenever I enter AMVs that don't have any lip sync (which most of my AMVs are), I keep forgetting that, and now I'm worried, because there's not supposed to be any lip syncin the particular videos, and people will think that there is.

Anyone who leaves you an opinion has the option not to give you a score for lip synch and/or digital effects if they didn't see any.

Yeah, I guess it is no big deal now that you mentioned it. But it's still annoying that it's on by default though.
