which one? [DVD ripping question]

Post by Demon-Girl24 » Wed Jul 06, 2005 8:58 am

I am trying to rip an Ultra Maniac (Geneon) DVD using DVD Decrypter and when I went to a webpage that explained what to do it gave me two choices. To rip the entire DVD or each episode individually. Which one do you think I should do?

First - stop posting every 3 minutes if nobody replies. That's a quick way to get us to hate you.

Second, ripping is generally one of those "do what you like" things. Some people rip the entire disc, some people rip select episodes/chapters. All depends on what you're comfortable with.

Rip whatever you have space for, or whatever you intend to use. If you only use 2 out of the 4 or 5 episodes per disk, then don't rip the whole thing. Pretty simple.

It's not that your troubling us, I mean, that's what we are here for, to answer questions and be a community, but dokool is right, this is most definatly NOT a chatrrom where you can expect a reply in less then 60 seconds. On the average forum I usuualy wait a full 24 hours before coming back to my original post, unless I know there are people on that can help me, and even then the least amount of time I wait is 15-30 mintues. just post, wait a bit, gop check your email or whatnot. in fact, if you want to know the instant someone posts a reply, do what I do. get a yahoo email account and yahoo messenger, and everytime a new email comes up my messenger lets me know. that way I can respond instinaneously to the reply of my topic ;)
Look at me! Look at me! I posted in WOT so I must be evil!!! [/sarcasm]
