Couple of things
I could not find 3gpConverter in Gamespot. I searched Google and found IMTOO 3gp video Converter. Figured its the same thing so I downloaded it and installed. But it has no quality settings and the converter list does not have MP4 as an option.

Okay, Now Im scared. . .
I went ahead and used that program.
It works GREAT! (THANK YOU)
But I wanted to make sure to have enough room on the memory stick, so I cleared the AMVs that I already had on there (which by the way, Iwas able to see perfectly on the PSP) and then put the new Cowboy Bebop Vid in. . .
I made sure the format was right, and the naming was right (IE M4V21282.MP4 and M4V21282.THM) But the PSP wont read it. So I tried to put my other video back on to it and now the PSP wont even view those. Wuts goin on?

hmmmm....im not too sure what happened, oh i think i know the answer.
When you start the setup of the program, select MP4 (direct, renamed), and try converting the movie again. If you selected originally MP4 (direct, renamed), than this time around in setup select the other one, becouse there are 2 MP4 options. If this doesnt fix the problem, i dont know what else might have happened.....my stuff works great.

Wow. . .don't I feel Dumb.
I was include the ".MP4" in the name on the file. So the PSP was reading it as M4V21281.MP4.MP4 LOL
My bad. NE Whoo. . . IT WORKS AWSOME. Perfect. Now, anyway of nowing how to get it in english? LOL I am using Smartripper. . . and it doesnt let me choose the AC3 file I wish to use. DVD Decryptor seems to be the same. Rips the DVD Straight to the Harddrive, but in Jap. LOL

In both programs, you want to check out the Stream Processing option, which allows you to pick the streams you want.
