AX05 AMV Contest Update

I contacted James about it, he said he just hadn't gotten around to it yet but we should get them soon. According to him he didn't want to put out ticket informati ntill it was concrete as to when and where we would pick them up, i.e. he said he didn't want AX changing the place after he sent everyone a message telling them where. From the looks of it, it will be at the AMV panel that Brad is hosting though.

It certainly does.
Faithless won the Drama cateogory in Otakon 2004.

Only reason I remember is because my video supposedly got 2nd place ^_^; .

Heh. That's one of my all-time favorite AMVs since learning about this place. It's also what started my obsession with Evangelion.

I'm in?............... I'm in? I'M IN!!!! I MADE IT!!!! I ACTUALLY MADE IT INTO AX 2005!!! I actually sent in THREE AMVs into this contest (Faithless, Get Up and Die, and Every Beat Counts) and TWO made it!!! I am so glad Faithless made it into the Finals! I don't mind that Get Up and Die didnt. But I am most ecstatic that the most awkward AMV I made has actually gotten into this artistic category. It makes sense since it looks so weird and fast with a song I reformated. Gee, this is a proud day.

Sorry, but I wont be able to make it to Los Angeles since I am all the way in.....DC! I do however hope that if I do win, they get the trophy here safely. I didnt make it to Otakon 2004, my trophy got lost in the mail

Yeah, I'd like to know how my videos faired as well, heh, didnt make it this year, there's always next year!
