LOL, welcome to the site animefanatic2, but if you are referring to the second post in the entire thread, then keep in mind that post is almost a year old. And I believe they just meant no OVERLY risque stuff (i.e. no hentai as it's against the rules). Anything that is within that regulation is welcome.

Yes, but that's what i mean. Why must it be against the rules to have hentai? Almost everyone that i've seen post watches it anyways. At least make one page where people are allowed to post it, and put a warnng on it. Pleeease for the sake of the perverts!!!!

The rest can be found here. Basically what it comes down to is that the owner of the site (Phade) doesn't want any nudity on his site. Failure to comply will result in banning. If you want an honest to goodness reason, here's one:
Though the bulk of us ARE over 15, there are still enough kids with access to this site that we can't go showing boobs and what nots like crazy; it's bad enough I've met a kid at Otakon who was only 10 when he'd already seen Evangelion, but Hentai is porn, and let's face it - porn is rarely, if EVER tasteful.
Cursing is okay; speaking of sex is okay, but not like crazy (unless you're Yuppa, in which case it's part of your shtick - I don't know HOW he gets away with it otherwise); talking about violence is okay; graphic displays of violence are rarely ever okay, but violence goes ahdn in hand with Anime moreso than nudity; displays of sex, etc. isn't really all that great, because when you get down to it, sex really IS supposed to be a private matter, and even though everyone does it, that still doesn't mean its not impolite to show it, etc.
And also, if we start letting hentai into this site, pretty soon all that will be on the forums is posts made by sexless (and you know you are) fanboys getting off to pictures of cartoons (you know some do), and will sompletely muck up anything and everything normal and enjoyable we want to do - think of it this way, if we allowed Hentai in, then whenever someone made a forum about Fullmetal Alchemist, all that you'd ever see is one post actually relevant to the topic, followed by a couple dozen Winry-on-Ed-on-Hawkeye pics. Okay? So play nicely and follow the rules, or else end up like Nemosperry (if you don't know who that is, ask Merm; he'll be more than happy to tell you).
