The target machine actively refused it?

This has never happened before, but I've been trying to upload this video and every time I try to type in the FTP thing, I get this message:'

SmartFTP v1.0.983.32
Resolving host name kero.animemusicvideos.org...

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Nothing is wrong on this side, and it works from here... Maybe your ISP or firewall is blocking FTP?

I tried turning off my firewall and it still did the same thing.
