Do you HAVE to use RAW anime for AMV?

Yes it's possible to do a good, even a great video using fansubs. No question, in fact there are numerous examples.

The point though, is that if you can get superior footage, then you should do so right?

I honestly Don't have a Problem with people having the subs in there. But thats just me. eh, Sometimes the Subs even work. But getting programs and looking for Raws is a pain in the ass. So.. I just leave my subs in because I just don't care. If It brings away from the vid, so Be it, but don't let dumbasses make you think any different.

Lets just remember Doing whatever the hell you want on your OWN video does NOT make you Gay. Too many Judgemental Asscracks on this site, honestly.

...too few sometimes, in my opinion.

The point of this site is to show your videos to others. If you upload a video here, whether you made it for yourself, your cousin or while on LSD, it will be seen and judged by others. By releasing anything here, you take a certain responsibility for your work and should be prepared for any type of judgement or reaction.

Madbunny got the right point. If you can have better footage for showing your work to others - why walk when you can take the DVD bus?

which is almost 99% since I gave rozard r2 rips for his latest naruto video.

Well, no, I'm sure there's *some* that use Raws at least - and a couple of R2's here and there... Not a big percentage though
