Zero Beat, you should try inking in the pic before you color, it makes coloring within lines easier, and cleaner looking. Here's an example:

Yes I actually started coloring something, "started" being the key word. Now if I finish it, THAT would be a miracle.

i cain't i don't know what kind of pen will write over pencil. none of mine work...

you can find good pens like Micron pens at any local art store. Ballpoints also work, you just have to be careful cause they tend to smudge.

It's supposed to be anime-style, but it turned
out looking like...I don't know...something more
