This Is Impossible (Sailor Moon R Movie Interlacing Hell)

Ok, I've made a short clip that hasn't been deinterlaced whatsoever, from the Region 1 American released Sailor Moon R Movie DVD...because, I give up. I tried for hours and hours just about everything I can think of, and the best I've been able to get is no combing with a ton of ghosting and this....EXTREMELY weird thing where an image leaves it's colors behind without it's outlines, and sometimes makes areas of the next image black and white. o__o
