Well, when I’ve downloaded a video and want to submit an opinion some time later and there are more than one video with the same Anime and the same song, I’m not quite sure which of them I’ve downloaded (sometimes I don’t remember exactly the title of the video). I think it would be good if the videos which you’ve already downloaded are marked (maybe with a color, and videos to which you’ve already left an opinion could be marked in another color).
That’s just an idea, but maybe it would help some people like me.

If the video is a local file, it is marked when you download it. The local link in the video description will go into a "block" of green, and when you try and download it, it'll tell you that you've already downloaded it before (there's also the "my downloads" link on the main page).
