Farlo edits with divx files I believe, as do I. Honestly if you spend a little time cleaning the vob up in vdub before a nice 2 pass 2048kb divx export, you probably woent notice anything major after recompresion.

Not sure either but here is something that may work for Vegas users. I use Vegas Movie Studio (stripped version) and I need to upgrade to real Vegas to try it. Hopefully next month...
