studios and amvers

Studios are like second names or something. I've never had either, and I don't get what all the fuss is about

It's really not that rough to just create your own name, but the name doesn't matter unless the videos are there to back it up. If you're video makes an impact on some great amvers around the org then they just might come to you, instead of you searching for them.

Because creating cool-looking studio bumpers is fun!

whether or not you're ripping off a widely recognizable professional studio bumper...

I'm not denying that; bumpers are fun. In fact when I get to my next video, my bumpering will likely be most annoyingly shameless - but studio names aren't neccesarily a requisite for them.

Anyway, all that goes to say is, well - if it appeals you, do it. I'm yet to hear anyone complain about a studio. Except RDS maybe.

And, well, I have a second name too, actually, although it's not a second name in the typical English sense.

But i think everybody just creates a new studio and doesn't even try to join any studio..cause its much easier :=
