damn.. ya had to bring up misatos "death kiss" that sucks. i HATED that scene.*stragled director for his impudence* Wel anyway back on topic. I think misato being dirty was just wanting to feel loved.. even just temporarily in anothers arms.

That's true. Because, maybe to Misato at least, having sex meant being loved. Perhaps that's why she offered to have sex with Shinji before, and why she still had sex with Kaji...

Heh, if having sex means loving someone, then Gendou is all KINDS of love, baby. *wink*

well the reason i hated it so much was.. it was just a stupid way to die i thought. i mean yeah it was a bad wound.. but comeon shes tougher than that. but th ekiss made me cry a bit cause i knew what it meant when she did it. She was oneof my fav characters. Good think about her being animated she can always live forever.^^

Don't get too excite. That pile of goo where Misato's clothes were before the explosion shows that she became part of instrumentality too like everyone else on the planet. If she can invision her heart separate from everyone else, then she will take form in the same world like Asuka and Shinji at the end of the movie.

LOL! You got that right Tainted! Gendo was a pimp. He slept with Ritsuko, Ritsuko's mom, and Yui among other things.

Yuppa, as for Misato biting the bullet, she is still alive in the Eva sense. She made it to Instrumentality. It's up to her whether or not she returns to the real world.

If she can envision her heart separate... if she can see herself as a separate person and not just the one single organism out there melded together, she can be like her old self.

I don't get it, didn't she already think of herself as an individual? oO; To me, it would seem that Shinji would most likely become goo, not Misato....

Yes. If you choose to be an individual, then you can return to a human form. If you can't see yourself as an individual you stay Complemented with the other souls.

Those words were literally spoken in the movie.

Ack, wait, scratch that. Shinji hates dealing with people, of course he wouldn't like the idea of becoming one....
