In the Site Rules this would be unaccepted nudity?

There is an anime, Elfen Lied, where there is some girl nudity, and I would know if is acceptable, even if I already saw a lot of amvs with this anime, I would anyway know officially what would be the response

The nudity is the least of the worries, it's the exploding heads and hearts being ripped out of people's chests which is generally the concern.

Yes I understand, indeed even if I always thought that nothing would touch me, less if anime, Elfen Lied hit me a lot even because of his cruel scenes, if I would work on that, with any of these clips, I would clearly warning with big characters that it is a video with violence that could be disturbing, should by this way be accepted?

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to say, but it sounds like you're asking if it's okay to upload it with a warning. Short answer : you can't upload it on local with graphic violence. You can host it off-site and still have it listed in the database, however.

The nudity itself isn't sexual from what I've seen, so it would probably be alright with warning, but some people might get more huffity-puffity about it than others. (It's weird... often a scantily-clad chick can be a lot more sexual than a nude woman, and yet everyone only seems to fuss about the nude... ) But yeah, it's still questionable anyway because of detail.

As for the violence, if you're planning to cut out the violent parts then you might be ok. Your wording was rather confusing there... ^_^;;

Just think of how you'd do your scenes; would it be PG, PG-13, R, or NC-17 in the theater? Anything on Local should be PG-13 or lower.
