For those who don't know, an OS-tan is short for "Operating System-chan."
Basically fan art that is descriptive of various Systems for Windows and Mac.

I thought that CE-tan was Dreamcast.... and because CE-tan is portable, she wore 'suits' of whatever machine she was on.
