On a similar note, (and excuse the vague terminology) wasn't there an idea to collect information on what users were downloading what videos. So when I were to download say, IWIWAL for example I would get a list of videos that most members also downloaded.

So kind of like Amazon.com's (and others) "People who bought this also bought..." sort of thing?Declan_Vee wrote:On a similar note, (and excuse the vague terminology) wasn't there an idea to collect information on what users were downloading what videos. I see the usefulness but it sounds an awful lot like the suggestion query. Plus you have either the problem of it returing videos that people downloaded but didn't like (for obscure videos) or the problem of it returing really popular videos which don't really need extra exposure.
I was going to guess "Eva Engel" as I have run into quite a few people who have seen it who thought it was the only AMV in existance, then again it probably has a significant amount of it's exposure through p2p networks.AbsoluteDestiny wrote:IWIWAL does closely followed by right now.
