i have ran out of bands and songs to think of that's really a must for headbangers, so if you could send some names of bands or songs titles that would be great

Branching off from that , their bassist joined up with Fear Factory for their 2004 release "Archetype".

Some other bands that I've come to like (over a few years, not just recently): Mercenary, Kania, Voyager, Demons & Wizards and the occasional Dark Tranquillity.
